Hot Tomato Bouillon

Serves: 6
Total Calories: 1


1 can condensed tomato soup
1 can beef broth
1/3 teaspoon prepared horseradish (wet)
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 cup water
1 tablespoon sherry (optional)
sour cream or unsweetened whipped cream


Simmer all but sherry and cream 5 minutes. Add sherry. Add cream just before serving to float on top of cup.
