Spread 4 slices of bread with the 4 teaspoons margarine. Top with the chicken slices and tomato slices. Sprinkle with salt and top with the remaining 4 slices of bread.
Dip the sandwiches in the egg substitute, coating evenly. Grill in a sauté pan in the remaining margarine over medium heat until the bottom begins to brown. Turn and continue grilling until the new bottom begins to brown. Cut into triangles and serve hot.
