4 ounces sliced roasted chicken breasts
2 ounces sliced extra lean pastrami
3 ounces extra lean corned beef
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 medium green pepper, cut into rings
4 onion rolls, toasted
thousand island salad dressing
cherry tomatoes
sweet gherkins


On each roll, place one ounce of chicken, ½ ounce of pastrami and ¼ of the corned beef. Top with the pepper rings and fill the opening with mushrooms. Spread each with Thousand Island dressing and garnish with cherry tomatoes and sweet gherkins.

Alternatively, use Russian dressing instead of Thousand Island dressing.
