Clam Dip

1 1/2 cups low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup non fat milk
1 (7 1/2-ounce) can minced clams, drained
1/2 teaspoon chopped chives or green onion
1 teaspoon chopped flat leaf parsley
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground


Whip the cottage cheese and milk together in a blender. Fold in the remaining ingredients well with a spatula. Chill before serving.
