Avocado Cheese Dip

1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup non fat milk
1 ripe avocado
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 sheet Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco Hot Sauce (optional)
1/4 cup minced green onion or chives


Beat the cottage cheese and milk till smooth. Halve the avocado, remove the seed, scoop out the pulp and mash until smooth. Combine the mashed avocado with the rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth and thoroughly blended.
