All-Purpose Meat Marinade

Yield: 1 cup


1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/8 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon style mustard
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper


Whisk all ingredients together. Keep refrigerated in a covered container. To use, place 4 to 6 pieces of chicken, beef, pork or fish in a plastic freezer bag or container and add marinade. Refrigerate or freeze until ready to prepare. Grill meat, brushing occasionally with marinade. Discard any excess marinade that has been used.
