Tutti-Fruitti Glazed Salad

1 (29-ounce) can peach slices
1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks
1 (17-ounce) can pear chunks
1 cup seedless white grape or 1 (17-ounce) can fruit cocktail
3 bananas, sliced
2 unpared red apples, cut into chunks (optional)
1/2 cup orange juice (optional)
1 (3 3/4-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding or lemon instant pudding


Drain canned fruits; reserve pineapple juice. Dip bananas and apples in orange or pineapple juice; drain and save juice. Mix pudding with 1 cup pineapple juice (or orange juice). Pour over fruits. Chill.

Variation: If you like the tang of orange, add 1 tablespoon Tang to pudding. May use any combination of fruits desired.
