Shrimp and Crab Salad

1 (3- to 4-ounce) can black olives, divided
1/2 pound cooked and peeled shrimp
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 pound white crabmeat
1 cup diced celery
1 teaspoon lemon herb seasoning
dash of garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste


Reserve half the olives for garnish, and quarter those remaining. Mix ingredients in order given. Toss and serve on bed of lettuce. Garnish with whole black olives and tomato wedges if desired.
