Mixed Pasta Salad

2 cups fresh broccoli florets, blanched
1 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
1/2 cup canned mushrooms
2 thinly sliced green onions
1 (8-ounce) bottle of oil and vinegar dressing
4 ounces fettuccine noodles, cooked, drained, chilled
4 ounces spinach fettuccine noodles, cooked, drained, chilled
4 ounces boiled ham, sliced in strips
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup crumbled, fried bacon


Marinate broccoli, olives, tomatoes, mushrooms, and onions in salad dressing at least 5 hours.

Drain, reserving the dressing. Combine vegetables with noodles, ham, cheese, and bacon. Toss with reserved dressing. Serve on lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with additional cheese, bacon, and parsley flakes, if desired.
