Marinate broccoli, olives, tomatoes, mushrooms, and onions in salad dressing at least 5 hours.
Drain, reserving the dressing. Combine vegetables with noodles, ham, cheese, and bacon. Toss with reserved dressing. Serve on lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with additional cheese, bacon, and parsley flakes, if desired.
