Fried Rice Eggs and Vegetables
Cukes and Tomatoes
biscuits or toast
1 cantaloupe

Directions:

Use rice that was prepared earlier in the week plus any vegetables that may be left over. Prepare dressing to put on top of cukes and tomatoes. Cut up cantalope.
