Garlic Bread- Basil

Serves: 8

1 loaf French bread or Sheepherder bread
1 cube butter
5 to 6 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh basil, chopped


Melt the butter in small container. Add the minced garlic and basil. Drizzle butter, garlic, and basil over the bread that has been cut and placed to fit in a Dutch oven. Place the lid on the Dutch Oven. Load the top of the lid with 20-25 briquets to warm or toast and brown the bread, butter, garlic and basil.
