Bob's Smothered Broccoli

Ingredients

2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed or 1 1/2 pounds fresh broccoli, chopped
1 (16-ounce) carton cottage cheese
1/2 pound Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 pound butter cubed
5 tablespoons flour

TOPPING:
paprika
3 slices bread, torn into small pieces
1/4 pound butter, melted

Directions:

Combine broccoli with ingredients and mix well. Place into a greased Dutch. For the topping, take the bread pieces and soak them in the melted butter, sprinkle them evenly over the top of the broccoli mixture. Shake paprika over top. Cover the Dutch and bake for 1 hour at 350°F.
