Ingredients

1 (6 1/2-ounce) can tuna drained and flaked
1/4 cup celery minced
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
3 pita bread 6 inches each
12 olives small pimiento-stuffed or pickle chunks, if you wish

Directions:

1. Open can of tuna. Leave lid on can and press lid down while turning can over to drain out liquid. Place tuna in a medium bowl. With a fork, break chunks of tuna apart.

2. Add celery, mayonnaise, onion salt, and lemon juice. Stir until all ingredients are blended.

3. Cut pita rounds in half to make half circles. Fill each half with about 2 heaping tablespoons of the filling. Cut each half into 2 wedges.

4. If you wish, stick a wooden toothpick into each olive or pickle and then stick the other end of the pick into the sandwich.
