In a small mixer bowl at medium speed, beat cream cheese and butter or margarine until fluffy. At low speed, beat in powdered sugar and vanilla until blended. Increase speed to medium-high and beat until creamy and fluffy. Stir in coconut and pecans.
Use to frost Carrot Cupcakes or cake of your choice. Store frosted cupcakes in the refrigerator.
