Ingredients

1 loaf white bread or wheat (slices)
2 tomatoes Large, thin slices
oregano
salt
olives sliced (optional)
butter

Directions:

Place slices of bread on a baking sheet, slightly butter them. Top the slices of bread with tomato (thin slices). Sprinkle with oregano and salt on top of the tomato slices. Add olives (optional) Cover it with shredded mozzarella of cheddar cheese. Bake it for 20 minutes at 350°.
