1/3 cup basil fresh basil leaves, tightly packed, or 1 1/2 tablespoons dried basil leaves
1/4 cup parsley fresh, tightly packed
1 tomato medium, quartered and seeded
3 cloves garlic crushed
1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
1/4 cup olive oil

Place basil, parsley, tomato, and garlic in a blender container. Cover and blend until almost smooth. Add Parmesan cheese; cover and process until blended. With motor running, slowly add olive oil through opening in lid until mixture is well blended and thick, scraping sides of container as needed.
