Open-Faced Ham Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

2 cups ham finely diced
2 cups cabbage finely shredded
1 cup carrot coarsely shredded
1/2 cup celery diced
3 tablespoons onions minced
2 eggs hard-cooked, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise real
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoons cream style horseradish or to taste
1 teaspoon Dijon style mustard
8 hot dog buns split in half
8 tomatoes
Garnish:
Bread and butter pickle slices
Pitted ripe olives

Directions:

In medium bowl, combine ham, cabbage, carrots, celery, onion, and eggs. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, and mustard blend into ham mixture. Spread filling on opened rolls and top each with a tomato slice garnish with pickle slices and olives.
