Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter (or margarine), and cinnamon. Press firmly into bottom and sides of a 9- or 10-inch springform pan. Whip cream cheese; gradually add sugar; then add eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla. Pour filling into crust. Bake 40 minutes. Whip sour cream; add sugar and vanilla. Spread on top of cheesecake and return to oven. Bake for 10 minutes more. Cool before removing sides from pan. Refrigerate till ready to serve.
