Ham and Cheese Roll-Ups


Serves: 32

Ingredients

Directions:

In a small bowl, combine 1/3 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup softened butter or margarine, 1 tablespoon dry sherry, 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish, pinch of garlic powder, and a few drops of hot pepper sauce until well blended. Place 8 thin slices (4 x 4-inch each) boiled or baked ham on work surface. Spread each slice with about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture. Roll up tightly. Place seam-side down in a shallow dish or plate. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.

To serve, cut in 1-inch pieces and insert a pick. Makes 32.
