Ham Salad Oriental

3 cups ham cut-up (about 1 lb.)
1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunk drained
1/2 to 1 cup Catalina salad dressing purchased
1/4 cup green onion sliced
1 head lettuce romaine
1 green bell pepper small, seeded and cut in rings


In a medium bowl, combine ham, pineapple, 1/2 cup of the dressing and green onions.

Line salad bowls with lettuce leaves. Tear remaining lettuce into bite-size pieces to measure 2 cups. Place 1/2 cup in each bowl. Spoon on ham mixture. Garnish with green pepper rings. Pass additional dressing.
