_ tablespoons butter or margarine
_ cups powdered sugar
_ tablespoons milk or half-and-half
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Graham crackers
1. Place butter or margarine in a small saucepan and melt over low heat. Remove from heat.
2. Add powdered sugar, milk or half-and-half, and vanilla. Beat with a whisk or wooden spoon until smooth and easy to spread. Add a little more milk or half-and-half if it's too thick.
3. Spread 1 tablespoon "goo" on a graham cracker square with a table knife or small spatula. Top with another square to make a mini sandwich. Press together gently. Make as many as you like.
4. Extra "goo" can be stored in the refrigerator in a jar or a plastic container with a tight lid. You may need to stir in a drop or two of milk if the cold "goo" will not spread easily.
