4 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk


About 50 minutes before using:

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate and butter. Remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar, then milk until well blended. Chill for 45 minutes or until thick and of spreading consistency.

Use in Austrian Ecstasy or in cake of your choice.
