Fruitcake Glaze

2/3 cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice


Just before using:

In a 1-quart saucepan, mix corn syrup and juice. Stirring over medium-high heat, bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Brush over Brazil Nut Fruitcakes or any fruitcake. Let dry.
