Cut up some fresh fruit and place in a bowl. Stir in some sour cream and sprinkle with a little sugar.

Spread peanut butter on a peeled banana and eat, then re-spread with peanut butter, bite by bite.

Warm applesauce in the microwave oven or toaster oven and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Especially good with an oatmeal cookie.

Slice a banana into a bowl, top with fruit yogurt and sprinkle with nuts, granola, raisins or coconut.

Open and drain a can of peach halves. Fill each with a large spoonful of chunky peanut butter.
