Ingredients

1 (3-ounce) package lady fingers
1 quart chocolate ice cream softened
whipped cream or whipped topping
2 (10-ounce) packages frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed

Directions:

Line heart-shaped cake pan with plastic wrap, extending ends over edges. Coat with non-stick spray. Cut lady fingers in half crosswise using as many as needed, stand on end, with cut-side down, around outer edge of pan. Spoon softened ice cream into pan, smoothing top. Arrange remaining lady fingers in a single layer on top of ice cream, cutting to fit as needed. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze at least 4 hours or until solidly frozen.

Remove heart-shaped pan from freezer and uncover. Using edges of plastic wrap, remove frozen mixture from pan and place lady finger-side down on a platter. Remove plastic wrap. Spread entire top and sides with whipped cream. Cut and serve, spooning some strawberries over each piece. Pass remaining berries.
