64-ounce bottle cranberry juice
3 cups pineapple juice unsweetened
1 32-ounce bottle ginger ale chilled
1 pint raspberry sherbet
Mix cranberry juice cocktail and pineapple juice in a very large pitcher. Cover and put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Add the ginger ale. Pour into glasses and top each with a small scoop of sherbet.
(on clock) Make 2 hours before serving.
