Ingredients

Directions:

Purchase sliced cheeses such as Swiss or Muenster, wedges of Brie, and small rounds of Gouda or Edam cheese. Also purchase fresh fruits such as strawberries, seedless grapes, and cut-up pineapple chunks.

To prepare, remove top rind from Brie, Edam, or Gouda cheese. Arrange cheeses on a platter or tray. Rinse and pat dry berries and grapes. Cut grapes into small clusters. Drain pineapple. Arrange fruit in a shallow dish and place beside cheese. Provide a cheese slicer or knife for the unsliced cheeses and plastic or wooden picks for the fruit. Serve with a basket or tray of crackers.
