Easy Hollandaise Sauce

4 eggs yolk
1/4 pound butter
dash cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon shallot chopped or onion
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon parsley finely chopped


Put egg yolk, lemon and salt in a blender. Turn on high speed. Add a little melted butter and allow it to blend then add the rest very slowly in a stream. Add the shallots, parsley and cayenne pepper.
