1/4 cup sugar - confection style
1 cup milk
2 eggs
3 tablespoons butter or margarine melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt

Mix all the ingredients and beat until smooth. Heat a lightly greased 6" skillet and add about 3 tablespoons of batter, spreading to cover bottom of skillet. Cook until lightly browned. Turn and brown the other side. Repeat. Makes 10-12 crepes, greasing skillet as needed
