Confetti Dip

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese softened
1 1/2 teaspoons horseradish prepared
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cucumber about 5 inches long
5 radishes medium, finely chopped
2 green onions medium, finely chopped
1 tablespoon parsley finely chopped
Raw vegetables or potato chips

Directions:

At least 2 1/2 hours or up to 2 days before serving:

In a small mixer bowl at medium speed, beat cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice and garlic salt until cream cheese is smooth.

Peel and seed cucumber chop fine. Add cucumber, radishes, green onions and parsley to cream cheese mixture beat at medium speed until blended. Spoon into a covered container chill at least 2 hours or until ready to serve.

Serve with vegetables or chips.
