3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ground
1 4 1/2-ounce can refrigerated biscuits
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
Preheat oven to 450°. Stir sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl until mixed. Cut biscuits in half. Dip tops in melted butter, then in the cinnamon-sugar. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet with the top up. Use any leftover cinnamon-sugar on toast. Bake about 8 minutes or until golden. Wrap in aluminum foil to keep warm.
