1. Place popped corn in a large bowl.
2. Place butter or margarine in a small saucepan. Turn stove on to medium and melt butter. Stir in garlic salt. Pour garlic butter and Parmesan cheese over popped corn. Use two forks and toss mixture until all of the popped corn is covered.
3. Store any leftover popped corn in an airtight container in a cool place.
