Caramel Icing

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar packed
1/4 cup milk
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in brown sugar. Add milk. Stirring, bring to a full boil. Cool completely. With a wooden spoon, gradually beat in powdered sugar until of spreading consistency.
