Buttered Cinnamon Apples


Serves: 10

Ingredients

6 cups apples thinly sliced, peeled cooking (about 6 medium)
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon ground

Directions:

In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté apples in butter until apples are transparent, being careful not to break up apple slices. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and stir. Serve hot with ham, pork, or chicken.
