1 tablespoon sherry
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 pound shrimp, shelled and deveined (added during last 5 minutes of cooking)
1/4 cup abalone , , diced (added during last 5 minutes of cooking)
1/4 cup smoked ham, diced (added during last 5 minutes of cooking)
1/4 Aromatic Roast Duck, diced (added during last 5 minutes of cooking)
1 teaspoon salt (added just before serving)
