Mix eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar in a medium bowl big enough to fit the cinnamon rolls in the bottom. Preheat a Dutch oven or lid upside down over coals. Dip each slice of cinnamon roll into egg batter and place onto a well buttered Dutch oven lid or in a uncovered Dutch oven. Cook on one side 1 minute until golden brown. Flip cinnamon roll over and cook second side for another minute until golden brown. Serve hot with butter and hot pancake syrup, peanut butter, jelly, or your favorite topping.
