1 (28-ounce) bag frozen hash brown potato
1 pound bacon
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
18 large eggs
1 (8-ounce) package multi-cheese shredded cheese
1 (16-ounce) bottle salsa


12" Dutch oven: 12 coals bottom, 15 coals on top

1) Brown the bacon in the D.O. and drain off the excess grease.
2) Mix all the ingredients in the Dutch oven except the cheese and salsa.
3) Cook at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes.
4) When it is cooked, pour the salsa and cheese over the top and heat for 5 more minutes.
