Dutch Oven Zucchini and Cheese

2 medium zucchini, sliced
1 tablespoon chopped onion
4 tablespoons red wine
pinch dried basil
seasoned salt to taste
pepper to taste
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese


Put the zucchini and onions in a 10” Dutch oven. Mix the liquid, seasoning, and cheese together and pour over the squash. Bake covered for about 15 minutes over medium high heat.
