Cajun Bean Soup

1 medium onion, diced
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup white Great Northern beans
1 cup red kidney beans
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon fajita seasoning
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon misc. bouillon, ham
2 quarts water
1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon flour


In a 12”, deep, Dutch oven, combine all ingredients but flour and butter. Bring to a boil, and boil covered for 1 hour or until beans are soft. Add more water if needed.

Stir together flour and butter, mix well. Stir into soup to thicken. Add more flour and butter to make sop thicker if you like.
