1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 350°. Melt butter in 1 1/2-quart casserole in oven. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and milk in medium bowl. Pour batter into casserole onto butter without mixing with butter. Pour fruit over batter.

2. Bake uncovered about 1 hour or until top is golden brown. Serve warm.

Ellen T. shares her Recipe "This was the easiest dessert to put together, and it's so good served warm with whipped cream or ice cream. Sometimes I made this with drained canned peaches if I didn't have fresh fruit on hand."

A NOTE from DR. GHOSH
Scientists are uncovering more antioxidants every day. Berries contain natural antioxidants that may help protect the body from certain diseases, such as cancer and heart disease. Orange-colored fruits such as peaches and apricots are rich in beta-carotene and a good source of folic acid.
