   Black shoestring licorice
   Assorted candies and cookies
5 drops food coloring (any color)

1 Heat oven to 350°. Grease bottom only of rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches, with shortening; lightly flour. Make cake mix as directed on package, using water, oil and eggs. Pour into pan.
2 Bake cake as directed on package for 13 x 9-inch rectangle. Cool 10 minutes. Run knife around side of pan to loosen cake; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
