Pineapple Cake with Cream Cheese Ginger Frosting

2 eggs
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup chopped walnuts

Cream Cheese Ginger Frosting:
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon ginger


Combine all and pour into an ungreased, 13x9-inch Pyrex pan. Bake at 350° for 45–50 minutes.

For Cream Cheese Ginger Frosting:
Combine and spread on cooled pineapple cake.
