Cream of Broccoli Soup

10 ounces chopped broccoli, fresh or frozen
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
1 cup milk or cream


Cook broccoli in boiling water until tender. Drain. Put broccoli with the milk, salt, and soup in a blender. Add milk or cream and heat, but do not boil.
