Robert’s Corn Dip

3 (11-ounce) cans sweet corn & diced peppers, drained
1 (7-ounce) can chopped green chiles
1 (6-ounce) can chopped jalapeños, drained and liquid added to taste
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (16-ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
corn chips


Mix all ingredients except corn chips together and refrigerate. Serve with corn chips for scooping.

Tip: The secret to being a relaxed hostess…choose foods that can be prepared in advance. At party time, simply pull from the fridge and serve, or pop into a hot oven as needed.
