Yield: 2 dozen

1 (2 1/2-ounce) package deli ham, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 (8-ounce) tube refrigerated crescent rolls

Combine ham and onion; add cheese, egg, mustard and pepper. Mix well and set aside. Unroll crescent rolls; press dough into a single large rectangle. Cut rectangle into 24 squares. Press dough into 24 lightly greased mini muffin cups. Fill muffin cups with ham mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 13 to 15 minutes, or until golden.

Tip: The simplest spreads can be the most welcome! Set out a honey-baked ham along with condiments, small bread rolls and some crunchy veggies. Guests will love helping themselves to mini sandwiches.
