Crab Rangoon

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (6-ounce) can crabmeat, drained
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1 (14-ounce) package wonton wrappers
1 oil for deep frying


Combine cream cheese, crabmeat and garlic salt in a bowl. Stir until blended. Separate wrappers and lightly moisten around edges with water. Place 1/2 teaspoon of cheese mixture in center of each wrapper; bring corners of wrapper together and seal well. Deep-fry until golden.

Tip: Arrange baby veggies in a cornucopia basket for dipping! Cherry tomatoes, snow peas, baby corn and mini mushrooms are all pleasing to the eye as well as the palate.
