6 tablespoons pineapple juice bottled and unsweetened
1/4 cup banana sliced
1 teaspoon flaxseed
1/2 cup vanilla whey protein isolate powder
6 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
pinch of stevia or 1 teaspoon erythritol to sweeten


1. Mix ingredients together in a blender or drink mixer.
2. Add ice if desired.
