Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water about 10 minutes. Drain, and run under cold water to stop the cooking process. Combine cooled pasta, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, and Italian dressing. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
