Coat eggplant with flour. Heat oil in skillet, and brown eggplant on both sides; drain on paper towels. In a large baking dish, layer 1/2 the eggplant, 1/2 the spaghetti sauce, and 1/2 the cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Repeat layers. Cover with foil, and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
