Cut round steak into serving pieces and put into large shallow pan. Put mushrooms on top of meat. Add seasoning blend. Sprinkle top with onion soup mix and beef bouillon. Add 2 packages of water (using onion soup envelope). Wrap tightly with foil. Bake at 350° for 2 hours. Serve with rice.
Editor's Extra: If you can't find frozen seasoning blend in the frozen vegetable section of your grocery store, you can make up your own mix of chopped onions, bell peppers, celery, and parsley.
